Sales Tax
We are required to collect 7.375% sales tax on all orders purchased within California.
Ordering Information
Orders may be placed 24/7 on our SSL secure encrypted server site through our shopping cart. You may also place an order over the phone (707) 712-9877. Our business hours are 9 AM to 4 PM PST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. If you reach our machine, we are busy making luscious treats in the kitchen. Please leave a message with your name and contact information and we will try to respond as quickly as possible. Please do not leave an order on the machine as ordering information may not be clear on the message and we may have additional questions for you pertaining to your order.
Allergy Information
Please read the label prior to use. Please do not use if you have an allergy or sensitivity to nuts, butters or oils derived from nuts. Also do not use if you have sensitive skin or allergies to fragrances or essential oils. Prior to using bath products or cosmetics always test a small skin patch for allergic reactions. If a skin reaction occurs, discontinue use of product immediately and contact your physician or dermatologist. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications or have medical conditions please read the label prior to use.
We are not physicians and do not provide medical advice. Please contact your physician with any questions or concerns regarding skin reactions. Do not use in or around eyes or sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children, unless indicated as product for children. Products are to be used for the purpose in which they were created. We are not responsible or liable for misuse or injuries incurred as a result of using our products. You acknowledge your consent to these terms by your purchase of our products.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express through a SSL encrypted server (Paypal), you do not need an account to pay through paypal. We do not store your credit card information nor do we have access to it.
We also accept Cashier's checks, Money orders and Gift certificates. Please note for all checks and money orders, your order may be held for 7-10 business days to allow for processing. We will not ship your order until your payment has been received and cleared. Sorry, we do not accept CODs.
Gift Certificates
You may also choose to send a gift certificate to someone as a gift purchase. We will either send a certificate by mail with a special note or we can send the certificate by email. Please use the contact us form for any questions or comments and we will be happy to work with you.
We will verify all gift certificate purchases prior to sending/shipping the order. You may also fax your order and mail in your check or money order. However, we will not ship your order until your payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping
Our products are made fresh when you place an order to ensure you receive the highest quality possible on arrival. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. (Excluding major holidays and weekends). Your order will be processed on the following business day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship Next Day Express Mail (Additional fees/shipping charges may apply). However, choosing expedited shipping will not rush the processing time. During busy times processing may be delayed by a day or two. Notification will be posted on our site.
Shipping Addresses: Please verify your shipping address information prior to completing your order. If you realize an error, contact us immediately to ensure we have the correct information. We are not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address. You are responsible for re-shipping charges, should your order be lost in shipping due to an incorrect address.
If you are shipping to more than one address, orders should be placed separately as shipping charging are calculated per order.
Shipping is always free for orders over $75.00.
We now offer a flat rate shipping fee $5.00 for items up to 1 lbs. (per post office regulations).*

Return Policy
Please be advised All Sales are Final. Please be sure of your purchase prior to ordering. If you are unsure of our products we do offer smaller sizes and sample sizes for most of our products to try before you purchase a larger size item.
If your product(s) arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving products info@pamperpartydivas.com. We are not responsible for shipping charges to return damaged items.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept a return unless the product is unused and unopened (Please retain all original packing materials). If you are returning a package please use a reliable carrier. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns. We will discard any products returned that have been opened and used. Customer Satisfaction is our priority and we will try to work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
Internet Privacy
We respect your privacy and we do not rent or sell your information. Any and all information obtained (Including name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information) is used only as necessary to process your order. We may also use your address or email for informational purposes such as discounts or upcoming promotions.
Terms of Agreement
When you make a purchase from Pamper Party Divas Bath & Body Products you agree to all terms and conditions as stated above and are fully aware of any and all ingredients included in our products releasing us from all liability and use at your own risk. You do not hold Pamper Party Divas liable or responsible should any damages arise while using our products. |
